Q- How does it work?
A- It's easy! Just submit your delivery order form, or let us know what you want via call, text, or email. We do all the shopping per your list, or call in & pick-up your restaurant order, you simply reimburse the cost of your order(s) and submit the fees and optional gratuity at time of delivery.
Q- How do you receive payment?
A- We accept cash and all major cards upon delivery. Invoicing is available for contact free delivery. Sorry, but we are unable to accept checks at this time.
Q- What are your hours of operation?
A- Community Couriers of Jacksonville delivers 7 days a week 10am-10pm. We are closed on major holidays.
Q- How specific do I have to be on my grocery list?
A- Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your personal shopping and home delivery experience, we ask that you be as specific as possible with your shopping list. With hundreds of individual items available, quantity, size, brand, and product description is necessary and of the utmost importance to be sure that we get it right for you for the first time, every time!
Q- Will Community Couriers of Jacksonville deliver alcohol and tobacco products?
A- Yes, as long as the person accepting delivery is of age and can show a valid, picture ID.
Q- What if my order isn't right?
A- Your satisfaction is paramount. Please review your order at the time of delivery; if there are any incorrect, additional, or missing items we will gladly adjust your bill accordingly.
